• apps/web (@magiccms/web) — SvelteKit 2 + Svelte 5 + Tailwind 4. Vite dev on :5275. Build output in apps/web/build/.
• apps/desktop (@magiccms/desktop) — Wails v2.11 + Go binding. Vite dev on :5274. Build via wails build.
• functions/api (@magiccms/functions-api) — TypeScript → esbuild → Bunny Edge Scripting. Path-filtered deploy on functions/api/** changes.
• packages/ui (@magiccms/ui) — Svelte 5 components plus the entire Astro scaffold as ?raw imports. Source of truth for both the editor and the generated sites.
